DYNAMIC SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING
Dynamic Speed believes that anyone can become faster, stronger, and quicker. Here's how the speed training program works.
On the first session a speed training evaluation will be completed.
The results will be emailed to the coach/coaches.
Depending on the duration of the program (8, 12, or 16 sessions) another evaluation will be completed on the final session, and the results emailed to the coach/ coaches.
Session Breakdown
Dynamic Speed is a very structured program, the focus is to teach the athlete how to move efficiently (running technique) during competition. The first step is to condition the body for movement. We then progress to more aggressive movement, which the body will adapt to during the training process.
In addition to this, we use equipment to help the athletes continue their progress.....

This will help the athletes reach their peak from a physical standpoint.
